How can I get my tracking number?

  • You can check the status of your order by logging into your user account. Tracking numbers are usually updated within 5 business days. We will notify you via email once the tracking number is available. If it's been more than 7 days and you still haven't gotten a tracking number, please contact us to make a query.

How do I track my order?

  • We will notify you via email once we have a tracking number (Tracking number are usually updated with 5 business days, varies on arrangement of an order). You can track your package by visiting the website of the relevant shipping company. If there is currently no status update, please wait a few days for tracking information to be updated.

Why is my delivery information not updated?

  • When we ship your package, the shipping company may not provide an update immediately because your package is in transit. It is en route from our warehouse to the next sorting facility. Once it arrives at the next picking facility, it will be updated. It may take a few days (usually 5-10 days) to see any activity after it has shipped from our. Sometimes it can take some time for the information to be updated, so please be patient.

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I cancel/change/modify my order?

  • Please note that we can assist you in changing the size, color or shipping address before the package is shipped. After the package has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order. To cancel a paid order, you will need to contact us and provide all necessary information. Shipped orders cannot be canceled. Before shipping, we can update your shipping address. To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, please make sure that your address is complete and accurate, including the apartment/suite/room number (if applicable).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If the parcel get lost halfway, what should I do?

International shipping is not 100% controllable, about 0.03% of our parcels might get lost and we will offer you following solutions if it’s lost: 1) sending you a new parcel right away. 2)making full refund to you right away

If I don't receive what I ordered, what should I do?

First you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are same.
If they are same they please take photos for the tracking lable and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.

What's included in the package?

For most of bags: packed with dust bag. They are not packed with original box because the original box will increase the transportation cost in the end. If you need the original box, please buy it separately.
For the wallets, shoes and accessories: packed with dustbag and original box.
